How we work
Software development is not only writing code: it is understanding the business that code holds up. We translate what your business needs into architecture, and architecture into systems that are still standing when your business changes.
Writing code is the part AI speeds up, and we use it for that. What is not delegated is everything else: we define what to build and what not to, we design the data model and the boundaries of the system, we direct the work and we review what reaches production. Nothing goes in without a person on the team having validated it and being able to explain it without the tool open.
The relationship is set up for the long term, not as a series of loose assignments: when there is a complex problem to solve or a decision to make about how your product scales, you have somebody at that table.

Technical excellence
We find a fault before you do, and you before your client. A system working is not the goal; the goal is that it keeps working when your business and the technology are no longer today's.
Radical transparency
You see real progress, not a summary edited for the meeting: direct access to the board, the repository and the technical decisions at every stage.

Risks and architecture improvements reach you already proposed, without you having to ask. Taking the initiative is part of the assignment.
